Tom Hayes serves as HR Policy’s Director of European Union and Global Labor Affairs while HR Policy President, Jeffrey C. McGuiness and HR Policy Senior Vice President and General Counsel Daniel V. Yager serve as members of BEERG’s Policy Advisory Board.

Through our partnership with HR Policy Association we provide our members with:

• Weekly updates on key US labor relations.
• Quarterly “webinars” on key international issues – our briefings regularly attract around 100 participants from Seattle to Shanghai;
• Information and advice on what is happening in the global union movement and how companies can be prepared for new forms of global union pressure.
• Regular US-based international employee relations seminars and events.

We also offer in-house briefings on global labor relations trends (or developments in specific countries) which can either run from 2 hours to a full day.
